Measurement of Mass Transfer Intensity in Gas–Liquid Medium of Bioreactor Circuit Using the Thermometry Method

چکیده
The development of energy-efficient solutions for large-scale fermenters demands a deep and comprehensive understanding hydrodynamic heat mass transfer processes. Despite wide variety research dedicated to measurements intensity in bubble flows, this subject faces new challenges due the topical innovative bioreactor designs. In order understand fluid dynamics gas–liquid medium, researchers need develop verified CFD models describing flows loop using progressive physical mathematical apparatus. current paper, we represent results evaluating key performance indicator bioreactor, namely volumetric coefficient (kLa) known as parameter dominant importance design, operation, scale-up, optimization bioreactors, developed thermometry method. method under consideration was examined within series experiments, comparative analysis provided number various regimes also being matched with classical approaches. methodology, experiment results, data verification are given, which allow evaluation effectiveness prediction bioreactors circuits ultimately operational capabilities fermenter line.
